The waning gibbous Moon passes south of M45, the Pleiades open star cluster, in the pre-dawn sky.

Jupiter leaves Cancer and enters Leo. (Magnitude -1.9, apparent diameter 34.4”, pre-dawn sky.)

Asteroid 3 Juno leaves Canis Minor and enters Cancer. (Magnitude 9.0, pre-dawn sky.)

Asteroid 4 Vesta leaves Libra and enters Scorpius. (Magnitude 7.4, evening sky.)
